Booking Policies
To determine if we are a therapeutic fit, I offer a free 15 min initial consultation to allow us to meet and answer your questions. This can be done virtually or by telephone.
I offer both in-person and virtual sessions through an encrypted and privacy-compliant platform (Jane App) that is designed for virtual counselling sessions.
Online booking is available for current clients only. If you are new, please contact me via email or phone/text to book first session or consultation. Please see below.
**Please ensure that you have completed your intake form prior to your first appointment. A reminder via the Jane App will be sent out if it has not been completed. If it has not been completed and signed before the first appointment, I will understand the session has not been confirmed.

Cancellation Policy: As your time has been exclusively reserved for you, 24 hours' advanced notice is required for cancellation. If less than 24 hours' notice is provided, the full amount of the session will be billed to the credit card on file. A first-time last minute cancellation will not be charged due to illness or an emergency. Subsequent last minute cancellations will be charged. *see Health Protocols
Rates

Sessions are a full 60 minutes can be held in-person or virtually $145.00

90-minute sessions are available upon request $217.00

A limited number of sliding scale sessions priced at $120.00 are available upon request and are limited to 10 sessions.
Rates are in alignment with the recommendations set out by the British Columbia Association of clinical Counsellors
I accept credit card, email transfers and cash. Credit Card and e-transfers are preferred
Payment is due at beginning of session. A receipt with my registration number will be provided for insurance or benefits reimbursement.
*Registered Clinical Counselling services are covered under many insurance and health benefit plans. Please check with your benefit provider to see what your coverage includes
