  • Please ensure that you have completed, signed, and sent me the intake form prior to your first appointment.  If the intake form has not been completed and sent, I will understand that the session has not been confirmed.  Please re-book your session.

  • Online booking is available for current clients only.  

  • New clients can call, email or text to make contact for appointment or consultation.  Please note: a consultation appointment will only be booked once.

  • You will receive an electronic reminder through the Jane App program

  • Please check your benefits package and or insurance for details of reimbursement.  I will supply a receipt with my registration number.

  • Payment is due at beginning of session
